  This was my first time in the store and Ashley helped us tremendously! She was an excellent saleswoman and very nice and helpful! She helped us pick out accent materials for our new settee! Nothing but great things to say about this store and their staff!

  Our first stash experience was great. My fiance and I found our perfect custom couch and our perfect mattress thanks to all the help and guidance we received from Tina who is the assistant manager of the store. We definitely enjoyed the experience and will go back when we need more furniture

  UPDATE one year later: I stand by my original posting regarding the people in the store. However, I have waited almost a year for Stash/Ashley fabric department to resolve the issue of very bad fabric pilling all over my sectional (that began to appear a month after it arrived). Their only solution: buy a razor from Walmart and shave 6 cushions front and back. The specialist from Memphis wouldn't even come to my house to see them. He even said to me: If you buy a Mercedes you don't start driving it around before spraying it with protection, i.e I was supposed to start the sectional before sitting on it. I specifically asked if this fabric would pill at the time I was selecting the fabrics, and I was told NO! I wasn't told I needed to spray starch on it so it wouldn't pill. This is ridiculous to deal with when you're buying from a company like Stash to avoid such experiences that one may expect with cheaper furniture. Almost anyone that visits me tells me this is unacceptable. I have taken so much time and care to arrange my house nicely and then I have this pilling sectional in the middle of the living room. Honestly, I am very disappointed in this company. I do not recommend the risk in purchasing from this store. If you end up having an issue with your purchase, the head company is Ashley and we already know about Ashley's bad customer service. ------------- All the employees at Stash are very warm, welcoming, and helpful--especially Lauren and Kristan. I've been in there many times but the first time I visited, I was greeted by Kristan and she was very kind and helpful. I definitely came back because she made me feel welcomed and she introduced the store, to us, in a great way. Lauren, the manager, is amazing. When I got closer to figuring out what I needed to buy, she knew all the products very well and went above and beyond to help me choose the right pieces; to match the style I like and the style of my home. My favorite purchase, is my bed. Love it! Anytime I need anything for my house, I always want to visit Stash, first thing.
